We commit to:

• Organizing events in compliance with applicable regulations.

2.2. Commitments of Participants

By submitting an application, you commit to:

• Providing accurate, verifiable, and non-misleading information.
• Respecting third-party intellectual property rights.
• Behaving professionally at all events.

Participation in certain events may be subject to registration fees. These fees, clearly indicated before registration, cover organizational costs and are non-refundable, except in case of event cancellation by Panama Awards.

No payment is required for the mere submission of an award application, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The terms of any sponsorship or financial partnership are covered by a separate contract.

Panama Awards declines any liability for:

• The final decisions of the juries, which are sovereign.
• Indirect damages (loss of revenue, opportunities) resulting from participation or non-participation in our events.
• Cancellations or modifications of events due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Our liability is limited to the amount of registration fees received for the concerned event.

By participating, you grant Panama Awards a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use your project's name, logo, and presentation materials for the purpose of promoting the event and our services.

You remain the full owner of your project and its associated rights. Any commercial use beyond event promotion will be subject to prior written agreement.

6.1. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be informed of substantial changes via our website or by email. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

6.2. Termination of Access

Panama Awards may suspend or terminate a participant's access to its services in case of violation of these terms, harmful behavior, or provision of false information. No refund will be due in such a case.
